Return Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer store credit on all full priced items returned to us within 14 days of purchase provided they are in their original packaging, unopened and unused condition. All discounted products or purchases during a promotion are final sale. We do not offer exchanges at this time. All items are inspected upon receipt and we reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet eligibility. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your total store credit. To initiate a return that meets all of these criteria, please email info@skinbyblair.com with your order number, product, and reason for return.

 

Shipping Policy

Orders received before 11:00 am ESTMonday through Thursday are shipped out the same day. Any orders received after this time will be shipped out the following business day and shipping times will vary according to the carrier and destination.
Any return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Missing Packages 

If you receive an email confirming delivery of your package but did not receive the package, you should contact your local USPS or UPS office with your tracking number or attempt to speak directly with your delivery person. Occasionally, packages may be incorrectly scanned by the carrier and are typically delivered within a day or two. Please note that USPS cannot initiate a search for a missing package until 7 days after the ship date. If your package has been lost, stolen, or misplaced once delivery has been confirmed, it is the responsibility of the customer to track or file a claim with the carrier. We will provide any information needed in the event you need to file a claim.
