    Here at Skin By Blair, we are on a mission to uplift and inspire women to prioritize self-care and improve their overall quality of life by developing innovative, science-based, results-driven products that effectively transform the skin and improve self-confidence, and we are seeking a Director Of Marketing to expand the SBB brand through developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive traffic, revenue, and customer acquisition.

the position

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive traffic, sales, and customer acquisition.
  • Expertly design visually compelling marketing materials that align with our brand and business objectives.
  • Build recognition, consumption, engagement, and reviews for the Skin By Blair brand.
  • Implement and manage website updates and maintenance, including content creation, design updates, and bug fixes.
  • Develop effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated flows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content, such as product descriptions and blog posts, create landing pages, and optimize user experience.
  • Manage and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring all marketing materials align with our brand and business objectives.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic to our website.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to continually optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports

must haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience equivalency
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, including website development and graphic design
  • Experience using storytelling techniques to create compelling and memorable brand experiences that drive customer loyalty and revenue growth.
  • Expert knowledge and experience with e-commerce website development platforms such as Shopify
  • Outstanding copy-writing and proofreading skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly creative, pay excellent attention to detail, and have a refined aesthetic eye 
  • Passionate about marketing strategies for brand development and growth
  • Highly curious, extremely resourceful, and eager to learn
  • Able to accept feedback, take suggestions, and be eager to improve and grow
